Marc Andreini is a California surfboard shaper with over 50 years of experience, now based out of Half Moon Bay in Northern California. His love of surfing began in Santa Barbara, where he caught his first wave at Sandspit at the age of 10, and by 14 had launched his own ding repair business before shaping naturally followed. Operating in the San Francisco Bay Area and Santa Cruz region, Andreini has spent decades refining his signature single fin hulls and flowing mid lengths, building a deeply loyal following among surfers who value craft over convention. His holy grail in shaping has always been to create sensual flowing curves that extract speed and grace from the wave, introducing the rider to his vision of how a wave should be experienced.
